When Robert Thomas, Edmund’s son, joined the business, he carried forward that same spirit of excellence and expanded the company to new heights. Today, with the addition of the third generation, represented by Tiger Thomas, the company continues to build on its strong foundation. From its roots in sandblasting to becoming one of the island’s most recognized painting contractors, General Paintings Limited stands as a symbol of craftsmanship, resilience, and a legacy built to endure.
At General Paintings Limited, our story is one of legacy and resilience. What began with my father, Edmund Thomas, as a small sandblasting venture on Slipen Road has grown into one of Jamaica’s most trusted names in painting and surface care.
